Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DugoutDesk at dugoutdesk.app and related mobile applications. By using DugoutDesk, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

DugoutDesk helps coaches record game statistics, manage schedules and rosters, and share information with families. Features may change over time. Some features require a paid subscription.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or use the service with permission from a parent or guardian.

Coach and organization responsibilities

If you manage a team or organization, you are responsible for roster accuracy, coach permissions, family invites, and ensuring you have appropriate authority to enter player information.

You agree not to upload unlawful, harassing, or misleading content, and not to use the service to violate any person's privacy or intellectual property rights.

Family access

Family members may access player information only when linked through an authorized invite. Shared stats and schedules are provided for personal team use, not for resale or public redistribution except through features explicitly designed for sharing.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans may be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play (in-app purchase) or through Stripe on the web, according to the pricing and channel shown at purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed in your device account settings. Stripe subscriptions are managed through the billing portal or account settings on the web.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, by the applicable store's refund policies, or as explicitly stated at checkout.

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Access data you are not authorized to view.
• Use the service for spam, malware, or unlawful activity.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a team or organization.

Intellectual property

DugoutDesk and its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service.

Disclaimer

DugoutDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Stats, schedules, and suggestions may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for game decisions, playing time, or medical or safety judgments.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DugoutDesk and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars.

Termination

You may stop using DugoutDesk at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
